The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. You’ll support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation. You will ensure that the day -to -day preparation, set up and service of our restaurant and bar is completed to the highest standards and in keeping with the set specifications.

Supervising the Food & Beverage Team to deliver exceptional customer service will be your priority, ensuring that every moment is memorable for our guests. You will provide on -going training and briefings to the team, ensuring that our service standards are maintained at all times and that everyone is working together as a team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also undertake additional responsibilities including stock control, managing restaurant bookings and completing the shift opening/closing procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with previous experience working in a similar role with good knowledge of restaurant, bar or events service, plus awareness of Health & Safety and Food Safety training/legislation.

You’ll have strong team leading abilities and take pride in coaching the Food & Beverage team to lead a fantastic guest service and experience. You will be able to remain calm under pressure and adaptable to multiple priorities. You’ll be flexible and committed due to the nature of this busy environment, working hours frequently will include weekends and late finishes.
